Cigar Review of the Week: the Ashton VSG by Mefford
By By Anthony's CIgars on Feb 20, 2020 in Cigar Review

There are some cigars that are so tasty you save the for only once in a while. Maybe even only once a year? If you don’t have such a favorite picked out yet, let me tell you mine – the Ashton VSG Eclipse tubo! Not only does it look classy in the tube, it tastes even better than it looks.
The wrapper leaf is taken from the higher primings and matures slowly by sunlight filtered through the region’s natural cloud covering and sometimes the wrapper is referred to as “cloud-grown Sumatra”, and has an aroma of cedar, cherry, and sweet woods. The “VSG” of this cigar doesn’t stand for Very Super Good…. but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a common phrase thrown around the warehouse!
If you don’t have any of these in your humidor now, don’t wait til sometime next year – load up on these amazing cigars right now!
