A unique 6 1/4 x 54 box-pressed shape that forms a “Diamond” instead of the traditional square shape created by most pressed cigars.
Utilizing a tweaked version of the traditional Black Market Estelí blend: Nicaraguan wrapper over binders from both Honduras and Nicaragua, and fillers from Nicaragua.
The one change compared to the regular blend is an extra leaf of ligero in the filler.

This cigar was inspired by Eddie Van Halen’s guitar solo from the song “Eruption.”
“I listened to that solo and saw it as a sonic metaphor for smoking this cigar,” From the drum and bass intro, which I saw as the cutting-lighting-prep of the cigar, to the mixing of triads and harmonics which I compared to the complexity of the flavor profile, to the bottoming-out dive bombs that was reminiscent of the finish of the cigar, it all paralleled seamlessly. Utilizing an Ecuadorian habano oscuro wrapper over a binder from Jalapa, Nicaragua and fillers from three Nicaraguan regions: Jalapa, Ometepe and Pueblo Nuevo.
The CHC Serie E is made at Tabacalera Pichardo in Estelí, Nicaragua.
